I started my IDEXX career in 2007 as a recruiter. I had multiple offers but IDEXX was most interesting because of the purpose of the company, the growth opportunities, the diversity (departments and intercultural) and informal working culture.

After  one year of working as a recruiter I got promoted as a HR business partner. An amazing experience to be able to work with so many different people, department, country and cultures.

In the mean time I developed an interest in learning & development. In 2012 I got certified as a career coach and in 2015 I became an Insights discovery practitioner. After some interesting HR project I got the opportunity to become a Leadership development specialist in July 2016.

In this position I’m facilitating all kinds of trainings like time management, Insights discovery, situation leadership and multiple course for the excelerate program.

It is great to see so many leaders grow and develop within the company. I think there is always opportunity to learn and grow: never stop learning because life never stops teaching. Your most valuable asset is your mind and you are you decide what you put into it.

The opportunities and constant development makes that after 11 years I still enjoy working for IDEXX. A unique company with a unique product with unique employees and customers.
