I started my IDEXX career in 2007 as a recruiter. I had multiple offers but IDEXX was most interesting because of the purpose of the company, the growth opportunities, the diversity (departments and intercultural) and informal working culture. After one year of working as a recruiter I got promoted as a HR business partner. An amazing experience to be able to work with so many different people, department, country and cultures.

Our Talent Acquisition team took part in a GiVE Day during our recent Global Talent Acquisition Summit. We volunteered at a local summer camp, and spent the afternoon making sure the property was in top shape to welcome this year's campers!
