"I work in Non-Infectious Disease R&D on a New Product Development (NPD) Team developing new assays for the CatalystDx and CatOne platforms. This means I’m a part of a team that takes an assay that’s been deemed feasible and carry the assay through optimization and development to launch. This involves designing/planning/executing experiments, analyzing and drawing conclusions from the data, and reporting the data out to smaller and larger teams in the form of weekly meetings and various data reviewing platforms."
