"In 2016 I jumped at the opportunity to intern for a biotech company - IDEXX, as an undergrad in Biology at UMaine. When I started, I thought I was going to go off to PA school after college, but loved working in the lab and at IDEXX so much that I interviewed for a full-time Associate Scientist position before the end of my internship, and I got it! For a while I continued to grow in the product development space, and in 2022 I changed my career to work on the User Experience Research team where I work to bring the voice of our customers to product teams across our businesses!"

Wellness and Engagement Our award-winning well-being program provides on-site gyms and virtual classes, fitness reimbursement plans for employees, company-wide health initiatives, like our global plank challenge, and ongoing programming to support employees' physical, mental, and financial health.

We provide ways for our employees to share their voices through surveys and town halls to ensure we are listening and responding to their needs.
